Foreign Work-Permit Process Consultancy
A work permit must be obtained before a foreign national can be employed in Türkiye. This is an official application process conducted by the employer. Our company provides the employer with administrative briefing and document preparation support during that process; we do not exercise any public authority on the employer’s behalf.
General Stages of the Process
STEP 1
Preliminary Assessment
Reviewing the general requirements in the context of the employer’s field of activity, the position and the application type.
STEP 2
Document Preparation
Collecting and arranging employer and foreign national documents against a checklist.
STEP 3
Translation and Certification
Coordinating sworn translation and notarisation where required.
STEP 4
Application
The official application is submitted by the employer or their authorised representative through the relevant public system.
STEP 5
Additional Documents
Organising and submitting on time any additional documents requested during assessment.
STEP 6
Decision and Aftermath
Tracking the employer’s SGK and employment registration steps after the decision, via a checklist.
